Dental Insurance

We will gladly assist you in maximizing your insurance benefits by submitting your insurance claim forms for you. We are happy to provide a courtesy estimate of what your portion will be after your dental insurance benefits have been applied. However, it is important to note that this is only an estimate based on the most current information we have available to us from the wide array of insurance plans available. Once your insurance provider has paid the claim, any difference will be due upon receipt of our statement. Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to pay for services rendered regardless of insurance coverage status. We are happy to assist you with the insurance claim submission process. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment so we can obtain the information necessary to submit your insurance claims.
